Shipping & Payment options
The most convenient way of getting your guitar to us is to bring it to our workshop.
The workshop is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 6.00pm. If this is your chosen method, please contact via telephone or email so we can arrange a convenient time. We are based off the A259 in Winchelsea Beach, Sea Road approx 3 miles from Icklesham and 3 miles from Rye. The Industrial Park is on the right handside if you are heading to the beach, opposite Suttons Fresh Fish & Game store. Suttons Industrial Park consists of about 20 Units, we are Unit 10.
Courier Service
Alternatively we can arrange for a courier to collect & deliver your guitar from your specified location at a cost of £25.00. This price includes the return delivery of your instrument. We currently use Parcelforce, collections can be from either a work or home address whichever is more convenient. Tracking Numbers are provided.
IMPORTANT NOTICE.
The safe delivery of your guitar is important to us, therefore we specify that all instruments are packed correctly.
We suggest the following procedure:
1. Guitars are preferably sent in a hard-case.
If you do not own a hard-case, please feel free to contact us to advise on how best to package your guitar to ensure safe-delivery.
2. Wrap guitar case in bubble wrap or another suitable material.
3. Secure bubble wrap or other with packaging tape.
4. Wrap cardboard around the entire package.
5. Finally secure the package with strong packaging tape.
For your peace of mind, we will provide you with a tracking number and email notification upon receipt of your instrument.

Payment options:
Upon completion of your repair, we will email you an invoice, which is payable either online by credit, debit-card or PayPal using the link provided or alternatively you can pay via cheque or BACS.
Cheques are made payable to 12th Fret Ltd.
Guitars will be despatched or available for collection upon clearance of your payment.
